About Us

Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) is a nonprofit public health institute that builds healthier communities through partnerships with government, foundations, businesses and community-based organizations. It fulfills its mission to improve the health of the community by providing outreach, health promotion, education, research, planning, technical assistance, and direct services.

PHMC implements the Early Learning Resource Centers in Regions 15, 18, and 19 on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services’ Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) to provide a single point-of-contact for families, early learning service providers, and communities to gain information and access services that support high-quality child care and early learning programs.”
